Get More Views for Your YouTube Videos With This Checklist

  2. Add keywords to titles, tags, descriptions
  3. Create relevant playlists — use your videos plus high-view videos
  4. Embed videos on blogs, websites, and LinkedIn
  5. Link to videos on Twitter and Facebook
  6. Share videos via email newsletters (use a linked image)
  7. Leave comments on other videos — they link to your Channel
  8. Post video responses to popular videos related to your industry
  9. Add a call to action to the video description, e.g. “Thank you for sharing this video with a friend you think would enjoy it.”
  10. Use channel comments and bulletins judiciously
  11. If you have the budget, invest in closed captioning service

  1. You guys had the PDF of the original YouTube Playbook saved onto your site. Been looking around everywhere for it, they give a lot more insight into the actual YouTube ranking algo in the first one.

    Second versions been dumbed way down, and for obvious reasons. I have no clue where you originally posted about it, but I felt obligated to give you some love.
